India Post has launched IT 2.0 – Advanced Postal Technology (APT), marking a major step in its digital transformation. The indigenously developed system offers enhanced features like QR-based payments, OTP deliveries, and DIGIPIN, strengthening the Digital India vision.
Key Features of IT 2.0
- Unified Interface: Provides a seamless experience across postal services for customers and employees.
- QR-based Payments: Enables fast and secure digital transactions.
- OTP-based Delivery: Enhances trust and security for doorstep deliveries.
- DIGIPIN System: A unique 10-digit alphanumeric code to improve delivery accuracy.
- Cloud Support: Runs on MeghRaj 2.0 cloud, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
