Delhi Government Unveils School Fee Regulation Bill

The Delhi Government has released the draft of the School Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Bill, 2025, aimed at curbing arbitrary fee hikes by private unaided schools. The bill is expected to be tabled in the upcoming Assembly session.

● Three-tier structure: Proposes a regulatory system at the school, district, and state levels, encouraging parental participation in decision-making on fees.
